Our free shipping policy is valid on where carrier ground services (e.g., FedEx or UPS) is available. In the event that you decide to return your purchase, the refund will exclude the actual shipping charge (see our Guarantee for details).
NOTE: Some items are oversized and do not qualify for free shipping.  Shipping charges will be provided before any charges are made to your credit card.

Hawaii, Alaska, and APO Addresses: Because standard ground shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO addresses,  USPS shipping is required and therefore, our standard shipping may not apply.  You will be contacted with the actual shipping charges before your credit card is charged.
